STEP 2 - Soil Preparation:
For best result, rototill or spade
the area to a depth of 4 inches. Rake in fertilizer. Rake and smooth
the soil removing rocks and large clods.

|
STEP 3 - Turf Installation:
Install your lawn immediately upon
delivery. Turf is a living plant that requires ground contact and
moisture to survive. Water immediately upon installation. Begin
installing turf along the longest straight line, such as a driveway
or sidewalk. Butt and push edges and ends against each other tightly,
without overlapping. Stagger the joints in each row in a brick-like
fashion. Use a sharp knife to trim corners and edges.

|
STEP 4 - Watering:
Give your new lawn a least 1-inch
of water within ½ hour of installation. Water daily keeping
turf moist until it is firmly rooted (about 10 days). Water approximately
2 hours per setting when using an average sprinkler. Underground
irrigation water 1 hour per zone.

|
STEP 5 - Maintenance:
Mow often, generally setting your
mower quite high. Keep your mower blade sharp. Fertilize every 6-8
weeks. Winterize your Turf in the late fall.
