To Find the Farm:Constantine Turf Farm is located 5 miles north of the Indiana/Michigan line on Millers Mill Rd. just west of US131 near Constantine, MI. We deliver to customers in both Michigan and Indiana; we are also conveniently located so customers can place their order and pick up sod here at the farm. |
